Mix the ragi huri hittu powder with ghee and little milk/water until you can gather the powder.
Step 2
For softer ladoos/bars, add more water or milk little by little. Mix and shape into ladoos/bars. You don't need to knead.

NOTE: Once prepared, ladoos must be consumed on the same day.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store the finger millet huri hittu in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.
The ragi huri hittu powder is best before 4 months from the date of manufacture.
