Mumsome Foods UK source all our raw materials and ingredients from reliable suppliers based in the UK. However, we are not responsible for each individual supplier’s own processes, especially when it comes to handling of allergens.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept any returns. However, we will issue refunds (excludes admin/bank charges) on a case-by-case basis as detailed below:
We use an end-to-end courier tracking provider (Evri) to deliver our parcels all over the UK. The current estimate time for all deliveries from the date of dispatch is around 3-4 working days for all regions in the UK. As you are provided with the courier tracking number as soon as we dispatch, you can re-arrange delivery at your convenience if you wish.
If the parcel is missing or lost in transit, you will be provided a refund (admin/bank processing charges will not be refunded) only once it’s confirmed by Evri that the parcel is lost/missing, and a full investigation (which could take around 2-3 weeks) is completed by Evri.
If there is a delay in receiving your parcel, please let us know immediately as we can raise a support ticket with Evri and follow-up on the progress. Whilst Evri is investigating the reasons for delay, and you want to receive the parcel any earlier, you must place a new order on our website. In case you receive your previous order, refunds won't be issued.
We advise you take a video (not photos) of opening the parcel as soon as you receive the package. Upon receiving your video, our team will assess if there has been damage to our products in transit or if there has been any negligence from our end. However, we do not refund if you send photos or the damage is caused when you are opening the package. Please ensure you don’t use sharp objects/knife to open the parcel as it may damage the products within.
