Method – for 100gms of the mix
Melt 2 tbsp of ghee in a saucepan and mix with 100g of the postpartum gondh ladoo mix.
Into the same saucepan add 1 tsp ghee and make jaggery syrup (one-string consistency) with 50-70g of jaggery. And 5-8 tbsp of water.
Then pour this syrup onto the mix and mix it well using a spoon. When still warm, shape it into ladoos.
The 280gm pack makes 10 yummy ladoos.
This popular gondh ladoo mix is also called Panjiri Ladoo, Punjabi Pinni.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.
