Mumsome Postpartum Gondh Ladoo Mix

Preparation

Method – for 100gms of the mix


Melt 2 tbsp of ghee in a saucepan and mix with 100g of the postpartum gondh ladoo mix.


Into the same saucepan add 1 tsp ghee and make jaggery syrup (one-string consistency) with 50-70g of jaggery. And 5-8 tbsp of water.


Then pour this syrup onto the mix and mix it well using a spoon. When still warm, shape it into ladoos. 


The 250gm pack makes 10 yummy and healthy ladoos. 


This popular gondh ladoo mix is also called Panjiri Ladoo, Punjabi Pinni.



STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated. 


Best before 4 months from the date of manufacture. 

Ingredients

Cashew, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, dates, nutmeg, sprouted whole finger millet, edible gum (gondh), cardamom, cloves, dry coconut, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and includes Ayurvedic ingredients.
